Positive: Very comfortable for our family. We felt at home straight away. Negative: The 3pm check in was a little inconvenient.

Positive: Great location and perfect for travelling with our pet. The kitchen was well stocked. Excellent communication and efficient, friendly and helpful responses to any questions. Negative: Some in the group found the beds too soft. Washing machine was a bit fiddly and difficult to get started which seemed to be a known problem with that particular model of washing machine.
