Positive: Great location, great open plan living arrangement Negative: The single/trundle beds were wobbly and the slats were broken making it unable to be slept on. Door to bedrooms were unable to be closed. Many door handles broken. Shower head coming away from the wall

Perfectly located near the beach with a lovely pool and everything you could want for a relaxing holiday Positive: This is a perfect house for all the family. We had a wonderful weekend swimming in the pool and then walking to the end of the street to get to the beach.

Great location, comfortable enough for a short stay Positive: The property manager answered promptly when contacted. I can confirm that this property is less than a 5 minute walk to the beach, and it doesn't matter which way you turn when you go out the door! Turning right might be a little shorter, but if you go left, the first beach access has no stairs at all. The sand seems a little steep on your walk out, because you're tired, but it's better than the stairs, lol. The property had boogie boards and other items we were able to borrow, and being able to park in the garage made us feel more secure. We saw lots of wild birds, some basic lizards, and even glimpsed some turtles. The walking trails are easily reached and go on and on and on. Negative: This is a split level house, so the instant you're inside, there are stairs. Also, the third bedroom is up another set of stairs. Something to be aware of. There was no air conditioning in the main rooms and the outside wash-off station wasn't fully hooked up, so we could only rinse below our knees. We tried moving the standing fan so it would push cold air from the bedrooms into the common areas and it tripped a breaker. Easily fixed, of course. With the chairs around the table and the large black couch in the front room, we could all feel the hard outlines beneath the cushions.
