The Avenue at Montville - House

Positive: Beautifully appointed property, with loads of room and lovely views. Kitchen had everything needed. We wanted a country stay and this met that brief. Still handy to Montville. Negative: The lounge suite was uncomfortable. The individual chairs were fine, it was just the lounge. The water pump needs to be moved and a 100 litre pressure accumulator installed to stop the pump from cutting in everytime a tap is turned on. Not only will this be quieter, but save electricity and wear and tear. The mattress in the main bedroom needs replacing as it has a deep hollow on one side.

Aging grandeur Positive: Location is great, nestled in the country with rural views. A beautiful home with lots of space and charm. Negative: Mould in bathroom cubicles, missing bathroom light covers,tiny shower trays for a mansion, garage unusable as roller door doesn't function, exterior cobwebbed and veranda boards starting to rot. Just showing severe signs of age. No kindling or firewood provided for a misty mountain mansion. Needs timber floors revarnished. Great country manor but time to bring it up to standard for the price charged.

A beautiful comfortable home is a gorgeous location. Positive: Location was excellent, quite beautiful views. House was spacious and comfortable. Negative: Wood could have been left for the fireplace. The dishwasher needs attention as some of the cutlery and plates needed a rewash M

Very enjoyable place to meet up with family. Positive: Proximity to attractions and local pub for meals. Negative: No coffee for the machine.
