Positive: Marcoola Sands Retreat was in a perfect location that is was very familiar with. It was like being home with everything we needed. Especially the air fryer. We left many kitchen food items for the cleaner. Loved the lengthy bathroom unit and 2 toilets. Outdoor area fabulous. We loved that unit..I used to walk past it daily last year. Wonderful Negative: Whilst everything was perfect we found the stairs very nerve wracking being in our mid 60's. I had previously fallen down 2 steps and broken my shoulder. Guess im bit fraidy of stairs!

Great unit. Very convenient. Positive: Well appointed, everything you could need.Close to beach. Negative: Pool was dirty, didn’t want to swim in it.
