Overall a very pleasant weekend but got off to a poor start by very poor customer interaction with property management. Positive: Modern property that worked well for a mature aged weekend getaway for a group of friends Negative: Accessing the house on arrival was very tricky with digital access and poor explanation of codes. Power outage before arrival disabled the door access. Management representative was extremely rude , spoke to me like a child and raised his voice on the phone when I contacted him for help. Not a pleasant experience. The problem was resolved by a technician coming around to reset equipment. Perhaps a standard door key to front door in a lockbox would be a better way access the property.
