Acqua Vista at Kings Beach

The host ‘seemed’ helpful (ie., frequent emails & phone call…) but only partly answered specific questions abt. building access. After booking found out that Unit was on top floor of 3xlevel block; and major construction site next door eg., noisy pile driver, tractors, workmen from 7:00AM. Told unit had an informative ‘compendium’ of helpful info. On subsequent questioning was told this was not in unit as it was being ‘refreshed’. Listed amenities for children eg., high chair was extra charge of 40. Portable cot was quite dusty. Access was a major issue that should be in listing for people with disability, young families.

Good Positive: Fully renovated, nice and clean ! 10 mins walk to kings beach Negative: The apartment is good but the next door construction made lots noise during the day when we arrive. Not much to do with the complex facilities

Positive: Amazing view and beautifully renovated. It's rare you find a place like this that's not the typical white worn down basic rental unit with no character. The view alone is fantastic and facilities are great the stairs keep you young! Negative: Parking on the street isn't ideal, but I was aware of this, so its no reflection on the property itself.
