Best stay ever and will definitely aim to rebook here again Positive: The instructions to collect the keys was super easy and detailed, property was super clean and the compendium was both detailed and informative. Negative: The instructions for parking and lifts were a little complicated (can't be helped) we spent 20 mins trying to find the correct assigned carpark (ended up under building 3 twice) and there was only one set of lifts that the fob worked.

This was a lovely apartment in a great complex. Gorgeous parkland view and close to rail and city.

Positive: Everything, the apartment, the facilities, the location !!!! Negative: It's a big complex consisting of different buildings. The indoor heated pool and the spa were at a different building.

very good, perfect location as work nearby , will use again Positive: Location was perfect Negative: Think there was an issue with plumbing, but no big deal

Positive: Location and facilities were excellent. Negative: Key pick up was quite a pain with a car. About 1km from the unit and no real parking to hop out and grab key unless you have someone else with you. Possibly a key lock box or mailbox on site would be much more convenient. Would consider staying again if that was resolved.
