SeaRenity Coolum Beach

Beautiful stay, some minor improvements needed Positive: House was presented beautifully. Location was great, so close to the beach and shops/restaurants. Great entertaining spaces and perfect for a girls weekend. The house was clean, kitchen well stocked and heaps of bedroom linen/blankets for when it gets cold. Beds were super comfy and had the best sleeps in them! The view from the upstairs balcony was fantastic, you can see mountains and the ocean! Wish we spent more time up there. Negative: Check-in instructions said we were going to have two keys and we were only provided with one. Upon messaging management they apologised but did not offer to bring another set. Not a massive problem for us but amongst a large group it would have been beneficial to have both sets. There was also a door to the patio that was locked which we were told the key should open but definitely belonged to another key. Upon asking them to provide another key for this, we were consistently told that the key should work or that the latch should just open (tried both multiple times with no success). Also told that the maintenance team could not come until after our stay due to it being a weekend. A minor inconvenience as there were still other doors to the patio but it did obstruct the opportunity to have the place open (which was a big selling point for us). Dishwasher was not cleaning properly, powder would not disperse despite 2-3 washes. Also only one toilet paper roll provided for each bathroom with no spares whatsoever. Had to go buy more.
